I was advised about this class action about three years ago when some lawyer from the USA rang me up asking what I knew about jabiru engines etc etc He went on to say he was representing a number of "interested parties" in the USA and other places about problems with the jabiru engine. After our initial phone conversation he never called back again and everything went quiet but I just been told by some of the aviation media that a large award has just been granted against a jabiru which may force the company into difficulties.
