Yes. Glue a cap on the spar with T-88 and re-cut it.

I made a wrong cut on my rear
main spar (AS airfoil)

The spar was to be cut 4.77"
with a 12 deg cut on top and a 9 deg
on the bottom.

I made the 9 degree cut the wrong direction

  this         /-------/        instead of              /-------\

I had read some place that if you had cut your
spars for the old airfoil and wanted to use the new one
you could glue up another sparcap and recut it.


To repair mine the piece would be about 1/4" and taper
to 0" 

Do you think this would work ? there would be a 1/4"
not supported by the ply shear.
