Jeanette Rand said today that no one is authorized to sell Rand Robinson
KR plans, not even Steve Glover. The only obligation I recall signed to
by the buyer of the plans was to build a single KR from a set of plans.
There was nothing that I recall saying that right was not transferable
if you didn't complete an aircraft. My opinion, if you didn't complete
a KR and sell the plans to a new builder no "copyright" cops are going
to come looking for you and who is going to know anyway. Let your
conscience be your guide............
