Last week someone posted that they picked up a KR2 from an estate sale. I got
in touch with them and sold them an old canopy. I went down today and looked at
the KR2. It’s in average shape. The wings are in good condition the stub wings
are in good condition. I know most of you don’t like retracts. It’s got a
pretty cool actuator system that’s air powered to release the pins and actually
retract the gear. The panel would have to be all redone. The red master engine
looks like it’s in good condition has dual mags on it. It has a Posa carburetor
but he’s got all the paperwork and it’s a KR2. That’s got a airworthy
certificate with it and an N number, he just text me and said he’ll get rid of
the whole thing for 1750 $. He will not part it out so if any of you people
are looking to get into a plane and fly quick with all the parts there to do
