Otherwise, it does not take. Even when I am at the end of the line. It is driving me crazy. I have to rename everything twice. Any workarounds? Many thanks, -T Hi, Hmmm... I do not have such problem in Mageia 4 (RH derivative, Krusader from git/master, 64-bits). Am I right that you make the rename procedure similar to this: press F9, make changes, press Enter? Best regards, Yuri
Hi Yuri, Man is Krusader not much for the eyes, but does it ever get the job done. It is the only file manager I have used for years. Are you running the same version as I am? To rename, I right click, left click on "rename" make my changes, press "enter". Then I notice that the name went back to the original. (I mumble a bit too.) So, I right click, left click on "rename", right arrow to the end of the line, press "enter". Then I notice again that the changes reverted. (I mumble a semi insulting bad word.) So, this time a remember, and I right click, left click on "rename", press "End" key to go to the end of the line, even though I am usually already there, and press "enter". This time it takes. Then I resolve report the bug. (I finally did.) -T -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "krusader-users" group.
