I have the getconf builtin working except for
_POSIX_VERSION
_POSIX2_VERSION
_XOPEN_VERSION
these are in a strange class because they have the form of static minmax
names but some also have corresponding sysconf() _SC_* ops
in addition, the static values depend on how the application is compiled
ast compiles with the bleeding edge std apis enabled
it seems solaris /usr/bin/getconf compiles with the default
getconf should be resolved by the end of the day
