These updates were not from April:

(I know, the external bug updates e-mails stripping usernames when
bugs.opensolaris.org shows them makes no sense, but we've gotten
stuck between the different groups responsible for each having
different privacy policies, and moving to bugzilla is our plan
to fix.)
As for the updates in general, I don't know why they were made, but
"No Plan to Fix" simply means Sun doesn't plan to assign an employee
to fix the bug at this time, but is leaving it open as a known bug
in case a community member wants to fix it or some reason comes up
in the future to justify assigning an employee.
