Which is exactly what I proposed a few weeks ago - requiring all
ARC cases that affect OpenSolaris code to be done publically
(which isn't that big a change, as most already are) - you can
see the discussion on the ogb-discuss or opensolaris-arc lists
about all the reasons people came up with for why they don't
really want to do that.
