Yes, most of the items are in bugs.grommit.com...I'm not sure
if we need to explicitly track in bugzilla the parts of the process that are
a given for any putback (testing, code review, RTI), unless you think
it may be useful.
I could see new (non-trivial) issues that come up in
code review as being tracked as bugs.
