doesn't support split root-usr and a link is sufficient then

For the short-term, I'm looking at addressing this but linking /sbin/sh to
../usr/bin/i86/ksh93 (and ../usr/bin/i86/sparcv7/ksh93). The real solution it
to relocate ksh93 and its libraries to /sbin and /lib but given that Indiana
doesn't currently support a split root-usr, we can create the link in the
"wrong" direction for now.
