ksh93 lacks German message translations.
For example this prints:
# LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 ksh93 -c 'echo $(( 1 / 0 ))'
ksh93: line 1: 1 / 0 : divide by zero
but it should print:
# LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8 ksh93 -c 'echo $(( 1 / 0 ))'
ksh93: Linie 1: 1 / 0 : Division durch Null.
/usr/bin/ksh prints German messages but ksh93 does not
