No, we don't own the tree (not even the parts we add), OS/Net community "owns" the tree (if "owns" really fits here) where the review system, C team and gatekeepers are responsible to make sure that no junk enters the tree. Uhm... this is "normal "for a code review (at least for those who are doing software development in a company).
