I'm not aware of any copyright/license other then the generic Site Guidelines
and Terms of Use shown at the following:

One thing that I can tell you though is that I personally don't have any
other copyright notice or license associated with the screen shot.
Also, even though I personally think you could use the screen shot without
any problem, I also think it would be a prudent thing for you to check with
someone who has authority on the OSo web site copyright issues. I cc'd Eric
and Derek for their comment. (I would say "Yes, please use" right away if I had
the authority but I don't have the authority/responsibility to do so...)
