[ksh93-integration-discuss] Extending Makefile.ksh93switch for /bin/sh?

Hi Roland,

would it be possible to extend the functionality of
Makefile.ksh93switch in your ksh93 prototype a little and add an
option to install ksh93 as /bin/sh, too?
