As part of ksh93 update 2 project, head will be replaced with ksh93 internal
implementation. During perfomance testing we discovered that head in ksh93 is
slower than original Solaris implementation.

What is the justification for integrating with these performance regressions?
Why not fix them, then integrate?

There is on-going evaluation if it is even possible to remove the performance
regression (it is not so significant) based on design (simple Solaris head
command vs. more complex). This CR is placeholder to keep it in mind in the
next phase of the ksh93 project and not ignore it.
