We need to remove /usr/bin/head from ksh93-integration update2 putback since
the current codebase still has problems with startup time which dominates
benchmarks like "head -5 filename" where the benefits of better I/O throughput
have no effect. A later, seperate putback will re-add the AST /usr/bin/head
implementation once the startup time issue has been fixed.
