=== *Description* ============================================================
During qualification run of TSufs RC, GFTS and Snapshots tests failed on
OpenSolaris 09.06. GFTS test excercises UFS growfs command, Snapshots test
covers UFS snapshot feature.
It was found out that minimal change needed to avoid the failures was to
replace /bin/sh (originally pointing to ksh93) with different shell (for
example Bourne shell from Nevada).
Same way, replacing /bin/sh in Nevada installation (snv_124) with a link to
ksh93 produces same failures in respective tests.
Test output suggests that writes to the raw device are not in fact written to
the device. This results to inconsistent filesystem it both cases.
For commented test outputs please see comments.

=== *Public Comments* ========================================================
The issue appears only on OpenSolaris 2009.06. The issue is not reproducible
with Korn shell 88 or on OpenSolaris 2008.11.
Also with latest Korn shell 93 integration package
(ksh93_integration_20090922_snapshot_i386.tar.bz2), the issue is not
reproducible.

Small correction. The integration package solves only half of the issue (the
GFTS test). The other test case - SnapShots - still fails.

What other TSufs tests fails with latest integration of
ksh93_integration_20090922_snapshot_i386.tar.bz2 .
