I export ON_BUILD_KSH93_AS_BINKSH=1 in my opensolaris.sh, but
usr/src/pkgdefs/ doesn't get updated and /usr/bin/ksh isn't switched properly

This should be solved indirectly by the integration of the on_ips project,
which removes the switch and just makes ksh93 always be /bin/ksh.
