Description
RFE: Update /usr/bin/tail and /usr/xpg4/bin/tail to AT&T AST "tail". The
utility is already available as ksh93 builtin and simply needs to be
"connected" to the /usr/bin/tail and /usr/xpg4/bin/tail positions.
As a side-effect we get GNU+BSD command line options (which increases
interoperabilty) and a 64bit clean codebase.
