After much pain and anguish, I think I've figured out logic-out. I think it had been correct in a much earlier version and then had been over-optimized rendering it incorrect for analog simulations. I spent a long time making equivalent circuits for it and fiddling with matrices and finally got it working the way I want it. The big change was the addition of a cbranch.
The correct matrix appears to be: [ nil -1 ] = [ 0 ] [ 1 R ] [ V_out ] The prior version had only a single cnode, which is unacceptable for asserting a voltage. =\ -- New president: Here we go again...
