Why do you think a PV isn't mounting properly? Are you still just having problems with 'seldon-up' ? That sounds like you just flat out don't have the seldon tools installed (or are running `seldon-up` when you mean to run `./seldon-up`. I'm not sure we'll be able to assist debugging that...
