Hello, I would like to change the rescaling time of the horizontal pod autoscaler. Standardly it's set at 3 minutes for upscaling and 5 minutes for downscaling. Is there a way to change that and if yes how can I change that?
If not, is there are workaround? Like a guide for autoscaling based on cpu usage with for example python.
