I can also confirm this bug, there is nothing to see in media:/ except for my
floppy drive. If I put in a CD or DVD
konqueror pops up and gives this error:
An error occurred while loading media:/hdc:
The file or folder media:/hdc does not exist.
But all the devices are still nicely mounted in /media
