I've kubuntu dapper development branch (updated yesterday) set to Italy/Rome
clock that is GMT+1, but every time I shut down the pc it take my clock back to
GMT and set to GMT+1 every boot.
I've a dual boot OS and every time I reboot and come back to Windows I have to
adjust the clock.
