Ah I see, but some icons just mix places. The one that was above goes down, and the one which was below goes up. I really don't know what's the point behind that. In my case I have the trash bin in my lower right corner, and everytime I hide the panel it jumps one place up. When I unhide it, it also jumps one place up. Soon enough, it gets to my upper right corner... It's quite irritating.
