Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kleopatra

Kleopatra doesn't start because the "certificate manager does not
start"

I'm working in Ubuntu dapper w/kmail as a MUA. ubuntu-desktop and
kleopatra installed and not break. It look like there is an unsatisfied
dependencies but aren't reported

Thanks,
Manuel
