PPA bugs are not to be filed here as they are not "supported" packages.
Please join #kubuntu-kde4 on IRC if you are still experiencing this
problem.
In the mean time, the following is a work around:
sudo dpkg --force-overwrite -i /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-window-
manager_4%3a4.1.0-0ubuntu1~hardy1~ppa3_i386.deb
