Well, at the very most it could be Recommends, but for sure not Depends. The 
thing is, libqt4-sql-sqlite is only necessary to enable upgrades from Amarok 1 
to Amarok 2, so it does not affect new installations at all and theoretically a 
user could remove the package once upgraded, thus it should not be Depends.
So I would move the sqlite support lib to Recommends (leave the others at 
suggests since they were only options in Amarok 1).

Here comes the BUT. We cant fix this in 9.04. Additional packages will not be 
installed in a regular update (policy thing), so it would require user 
invention, which is not too nice for an update.
Resolving this for 9.10+ should be a fair bet though.
