Dim Inactive effect helps me to detect active window on my big display and I use it very well all the time. But for correctly get the color from the screen I need to do a long list of actions: 1. open system settings 2. disable effect "Dim Inactive" 3. switch to kcolorchooser 4. get the correct color 5. go back to system settings 6.enable "Dim Inactive" back
