The new version 1:2.1.0~svn2010122beta5-1ubuntu1 solves the autocompletion problem ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kile/+bug/777728 ) , but the symbols side tab problem is still not working. But I have found a version with solves both problems.
