We do not do that for KDE software as it takes focus away from issues *we* (as in kubuntu developers) need to pay attention to. It's invalid to Kubuntu because it's not a bug in Kubuntu. Alas, invalid is not the proper state, 'upstream' would be more appropriate but given that launchpad has no such state invalid will have to suffice ;)
