So yeah, it is true that it is installed on all of the above. And through further investigation it is a matter of our ISO is already oversized due to the sheer size of KDE. I can't promise that we can get this one there as gcc does not come alone and needs more dependencies. So yeah this is a wishlist/opinion. Sorry.
