Public bug reported: Running Kubuntu 17.04, I logged in, opened the start menu, typed "user" and opened the "User Manager". There I created the user "overlord", set the password, chose a user picture and marked the user as an administrator. The following /etc/passwd entry was created:
overlord:x:1001:1001:overlord:/home/overlord:/bin/bash Now when I open the User Manager, my new user overlord is not shown. He has also the wrong picture, not the one that I've chosen when I created the user.
