Right now the queue is full of builds that are doing

They hang here forever, until they time out.

This is causing us serious throughput problems currently.

I'm going to upload pkg-kde-tools to drop this lintian run. If you want
to re-enable it, please make sure you check that this problem is fixed -
the hang is reproducible using autopkgtest-virt-qemu locally.
