I am using KDE on Ubuntu 23.04 Lunar. In system settings "Display and
Monitor" the kscreen plugin is not shown instead I get a warning
message "No KScreen backend found. Please check your KScreen
installation."
Scaling of applications like Chrome and Firefox for my 4k screen fails.
