Public bug reported:
When choosing plasma-session-x11 at login the Kubuntu the desktop
effects "wobbly windows" and "transparent windows when moved" are always
activated. After disabling them, they will be activated again when
switching the session. When using plasma-session-x11 they are also
activated again after reboot without changing the session to wayland and
back.
My settings should be saved. Also both effects should not be the
default. When I press default in desktop effects settings they get
disabled. But something enables them every time.
