OK, let's define 1024x576 as the minimum resolution then. This means I can remove some eeepc-resolution-specific code. I just filed a first merge request for this work (https://code.launchpad.net/~agateau/ubiquity/layout-refresh/+merge/150117) It's definitely not finished though.
