I've just uploaded KTorrent with the depends on kde-workspace removed so it shouldn't block the image creation any more and it shouldn't be swapped in the seed without some other reason. We'll be shipping Qt 4 applications for some time to come of course, this was only a paticular problem while one of its plugins depended on kde-workspace.
