Hi Subhajit, The formalities are between you and your mentor. As stated on the KDE-soc list, there are some things you need to to, including ensuring that your report on the status page is complete, including links to your SoK blog posts, responding to the form about your experience of SoK, and making sure that your mentor has your name, mailing address and Tshirt size.
