Do you know the steps to reproduce this?
The NII is retrieved from the installer through a html request. If that fails
you can get the error.
Try running:
# /depot/repos/nodeboot.cgi -d -i {IP of node}
It should dump the NII for that node you were installing. If you get no errors
try:
# boothost -r -m {Name of node}
This will regenerate the PXE config file and set the node to reinstall.
If that still does not work look through the /var/log/httpd/error_log for
anything from the nodeboot.cgi
