Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: kucharsk (kucharsk) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Entering Solaris kmdb may cause double trap Initial Comment: Attempts to enter the Solaris kmdb debugger once the system either causes Solaris to panic or causes a user mode double trap (trap 8) to be reported. This does not occur when running software QEMU, so it appears KVM may be saving an incorrect CS value on the stack for certain traps. This is kvm-18 running on Fedora Core 6 x86_64 kernel 2.6.20-1.2933.fc6 on a dual CPU rev.
