Summary: Entering Solaris kmdb may cause double trap

Initial Comment:
Attempts to enter the Solaris kmdb debugger once the system either causes 
Solaris to panic or causes a user mode double trap (trap 8) to be reported.

This does not occur when running software QEMU, so it appears KVM may be saving 
an incorrect CS value on the stack for certain traps.
