2) Removed level-senstive patch. I re-read the spec more carefully and we had it right the first time. 3) Got rid of sigprocmask from vcpu_halt per comments Passes the usual tests, and offers an 11% speedup. There is another enhancement not included here (coming shortly) which exposes another 12% speedup over this as well.
