That's leftover from an old script. I needed '-no-rtc' because if not my dmesg would choke with "Lost interrupt" messages. I've just tried removing 'no-rtc' and it doesn't make any difference. However, I'm not getting those messages anymore, so it's gone from the script as well. Should it make any difference?
