Bug detailed description:

On KVM 37, timer of linux guest is very accurate.
On UP linux guest, guest timer is 2 times faster than network timer.
Here is some data of kernel build.

Guest-time 905s
A strange thing is "real != user + sys" in the output of "time (make -j4
bzImage)".
