Initial Comment: Hey, I just noticed that is it nmot possible to install Windows 2003 Server SMP guests (using: -smp 2 -boot d -m 2048 -net nic,model=rtl8139 -no-acpi OR without -no-acpi, but works when using -no-kvm). The crash can be reproduced, when installing Windows using -smp 2 OR when installing a WIndows Guest with -smp 1 and pressing F5 (just when you are prompted for pressing F6 or F2) and selecting one of the multiprocessor options. The guest should crash a couple of seconds later. - kvm-44 - 2.6.22.7-85.fc7 #1 SMP Fri Sep 21 19:59:51 EDT 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6320 @ 1.86GHz ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=893831&aid=1804408&group_id=180599 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
