This isn't new.  It isn't reported because few people run smp Windows,
as prior to FlexPriority/tpr-opt it was unbearably slow.

It shouldn't have changed.  What do you see?  Can you provide a snapshot
of kvm_stat while Windows is idling (a few minutes after load)?

kvm-51 shouldn't be all that different; it's mostly AMD stability
improvements and the FlexPriority smp fix.
