The major focus for this release is a qemu-cvs merge, which brings many
new features, some introduced by kvm developers. Examples are
improved usb support and the new -drive qemu option.

While we've tested this carefully, this is a big merge so please handle
this release with care and report any problems.

Changes from kvm-56:
- warn when emulating preempt notifiers
- add pio port 0x80 access test to testsuite
- merge qemu-cvs
- add rtc emulation for ia64 (Xiantao Zhang)
- fix qemu memory allocation off-by-one
- new kernel source layout (virt/kvm/, arch/x86/kvm/)
- coalesce remote tlb flushes when write-protecting guest pages (Eddie Dong)
- lapic debug compile fix (Joerg Roedel)
- fix smp mmu shadow instatiation race (Marcelo Tosatti)
- atomic cmpxchg8b on i386 (Marcelo Tosatti)
- throttle vmx_intr_assist() printk (Ryan Harper)
- portability (Xiantao Zhang)

Notes:
If you use the modules bundled with kvm-57, you can use any version
of Linux from 2.6.17 upwards.
If you use the modules bundled with Linux 2.6.20, you need to use
kvm-12.
If you use the modules bundled with Linux 2.6.21, you need to use
kvm-17.
Modules from Linux 2.6.22 and up will work with any kvm version from
kvm-22. Some features may only be available in newer releases.
For best performance, use Linux 2.6.23-rc2 or later as the host.
