Bug detailed description:

32bit smp rhel5u1 guest always hang when boot it for the first time at the
point as the attachment shows, use qemu-system-x86_64 to boot it for the second
time the guest can boot. the issue happened on 32e platform.
up 32bit rhel5.1 guest can boot with no problem.
Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.create a qcow image:
qemu-img create -b /share/xvs/img/linux/ia32p_rhel5u1.img -f qcow2
/share/xvs/var/tmp
2.boot smp rhel5u1 guest:
qemu-system-x86_64 -m 256 -net nic,macaddr=00:16:3e:0b:99:6d,model=rtl8139 -net
tap,script=/etc/kvm/qemu-ifup -hda /share/xvs/var/tmp1 -smp 2
