Hi guys, This is a new version of the QEMUAccel work. To start with, I decided to keep the name for now. We don't have that many functions that are not cpu-related to justify splitting the structure into many. Plus, this is one of the less confusing names we came up with.
The code I'm posting is tested with kqemu for both i386 and x86_64, and it works. So, if you guys feel like it, I can say it's ready for inclusion (which obviously does not mean bug-free). It is not complete, however. There are still some pieces of kqemu code that does not work. Specially the interrupt code in cpu-exec.c , which relies on the tricky longjmp.
