Following are the device assignment patches with the fixes of the comments that were sent for the previous version.
The main changes with respect to the previous version: 1. Add a missing patch that better defines mmio memory slots. 2. Change the device assignment ioctls: one ioctl for assigning a device, and another to set the irq. Pending comment: support shared guest interrputs. Comments are appriciated.
